OptiPress mobile for separation of farm manure

OptiPressmobile separates solids from your slurry quickly and reliably. The separated solids can be used as a spreadable fertiliser with low odour emissions or processed into pellets. The liquid proportion can be spread on the fields as a valuable liquid fertiliser, allowing fertilisation with its desirable nutrient components. Storage is also easier because no homogenisation is necessary. How OptiPressmobile works The substrate is transferred by suction pump to the separator’s input area. If required, coagulant is stored in a separate tank on the trailer. This flocculation agent is mixed well with the untreated slurry first. A screen basket filters the solid particles and a rotating auger transports them into the separator press. Here, the solids are consolidated applying the resistance of a spring flap mechanism. A centrifugal pump conveys the resulting filtrate into the storage area.
