Ideal heat distribution, CO₂ reduction inside the house and saving heating costs are becoming ever more important when selecting a heating system for livestock houses.

The JetMaster DXC series complements the product range of heaters with closed combustion.

The most important advantage of a closed combustion process is that flue gas is removed to the outside through a chimney. As this means that less CO₂ needs to be removed from the house, ventilation requirements drop. Up to 25 % of heating costs can thus be saved compared to direct fired GP gas blowers. Additionally, animal health improves significantly due to the improved environment in the barn.

The heaters are fired with natural gas or propane gas. A diesel version is not available.

Specific features

• The heater’s control unit is located at its back. This means that the heater can be aligned in any required direction (left/right).
• In case of retrofitting, no gas lines need to be re-laid.
• The heater’s control unit provides information about the operating status and shows error codes.
• If multiple heaters are installed in the barn, they will never start at the same time (integrated time delay).
• Complicated flue gas settings are not necessary. Flue gas must be measured for monitoring, however. The results must be stored for reference purposes.
• A minimum combustion period of 1 minute after switching on is a fixed setting that ensures a long service life.
• The double-walled chimney is available for roof or wall installation.
• Adjustable slats to direct the air are part of the standard equipment.
